I help accomplished women align their outer presence with the power they've already earned. Colorado is my test lab: trail runs, ski days, dog hikes, donkey runs, and air so dry it's practically a dare.

In 2016, an online Facebook party introduced me to LipSense®. I was a 40-something, non-makeup-wearing owner of a Learning and Development company, working from home and very guilty of skipping my nightly face wash. But I could see the signs showing up around my eyes, forehead, and smile lines, and I knew something had to change.

LipSense was my first purchase, and I was hooked. On in the morning, coffee all day, still there at night. I felt more put together and more confident. Next came Color Correcting Tinted Moisturizer, ShadowSense®, BlushSense®, and then the skincare.

Then I realized the opportunity was as good as the products. My SeneGence® business contributes to my family, shows my daughters what an independent, business-minded woman looks like, and lets me coach women from lost and overwhelmed to strong and confident.

Today my skin is in better shape than it was in my 30s. I set my own schedule, work hard, play hard, and earn without a corporate glass ceiling. I've found friendships I didn't know I needed, challenges that keep me growing, a team I get to watch chase their dreams, and lots and lots of laughter.
